IT'S NOT "HIGHER LATENCY", I'M DOWNRIGHT NOT ABLE TO LOG IN ON ANY COMPUTER, INTERNET OR ACCOUNT TO NORTH AMERICA. I WOULD BE FINE WITH HIGH LATENCY.
I CAN LOG IN ON EU WEST AND EVERY OTHER GAME/WEBSITE WITH NO ISSUE WHATSOEVER.
WILL YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT'S NOT JUST HIGHER LATENCY YET? OR DO YOU NEED TO PROVE IT FOR YOURSELVES AND WAIT ANOTHER 5 HOURS TO LET IT BE KNOWN?
WHAT DO YOU MODERATORS GET PAID TO DO ANYWAY? IT TAKES 10 SECONDS TO REPLY.
There has been a major fiber cable cut that is impacting ping in the southwest.

this has got to be a different problem. im not located in the SouthWest (at least i dont think so) so i dont see how this would happen to me, especially when it has nothing to do with Latency and more of not being able to connect to the game. if it was Latency it would be across the whole client, like trying to open the chat, in champ select for the game, but it only happens when trying to get into the game!
