League of legends server EUWE maybe EUNE too are dead atm,any thoughts?

So today is 20th of Feb 2020 and league of legends server on Europe are kinda down every game u cant lock a champion or ban. In other rare cases what happened to me was basically after everyone would lock in their pick the lobby would take 20 minutes to load or more until the game would start. But all it would be for nothing because of the fact that people would just leave out of boredom. I feel id like to mention that this did happen like 3 week prior to this the same way.

What are your thoughts about this because I feel like Riot Gamer are a company with a large budget,

do u think we deserve better or worse?
