[CLIENT] Vel'Koz Skin Selection

I've been finding that whenever I pick Vel'Koz, be it in teambuilder or blind pick, I am able to choose between his normal skin and his other normal skin. I haven't tried going into a game with his second normal skin. Is it just a random bug?
