Bug with emotes?

Received an emote in a chest and attempted to redeem it, but this message popped up. The other appeared when I tried to go to my emotes tab. Anyone else having this problem?

I'm having the same issue. Restarting the client didn't help. It's a real shame because I just got the Graves sunglasses emote.
