Bug After Champ Select

Recently I was in a middle of a game. I was playing Zed and I got a double kill. Right after the double, I had bugsplat. And when i wanted to reconnect to the game. The loading screen just wont show. it bugged. I waited until the game finished. And i got back to the menu. When I wanted to play another game, it bugged right after champ select. and it keeps on doing the same thing. i cant even spectate a friends game or anything. i can just browse in the store buy champs and skins, but cant seem to play. I tried the repair option right before you can launch game. Doesnt work. Now idk if its a problem with the laptop, but the laptop seems fine. The error only happens with League of Legends... :(
