Irelia Token Mastery Failure

I got an S+ on irelia and didn't get a Mr6 Token. Can Someone please help me out here, i need this last token to get Mr7, and it's very hard trying to get S+, i feel like everyone has it out for me, please tell me any suggestion why this is happening! [slayer-jinx-unamused]
