Graphics Glitch - White Boxes in Game

Periodically I'm getting these white boxes across my screen as the game goes on. They persist throughout the game. Any clue what's going on here?

Gfx card is Radeon 290x

My bf has the same problem, specifically with the same champs, kha, kaisa and viktor

I got this too, but in Mac, so prob a client bug rather than a hardware issue.

I've never gotten this specifically, but I get graphical bugs on the Rift a lot

I got Viktor again, same bug occurred. Has to do with champs that upgrade spells.

This happens with Kha'Zix and Kai'Sa as well. A bug with champion upgrades. Even occurs on my GTX 1050
