Recent bug

So I don't know if this is just me, but since the patch my game will periodically freeze the minions and stop any new animations from happening. I can still move, buy items, cast spells, deal and receive damage and such, but I cannot see where my spell visual animations go or see where anyone else's animations go. Some champions will also freeze as well. The minions will also freeze and attack the same minions even when they are dead, and these can last for up to a minute at a time. I just played a zoe game where I had several of these incidents occur. I'm trying to do a repair now but I've tried restarting the client, game, and my computer and this still happens throughout my games.
