Remake Bugged

Just went into a game where our Tryndamere immediately disconnected for the first 5 minutes of the game after disconnecting, yet there was no option to remake. It states on the Remake FAQ that if a player is dced for 90 seconds then remake will be available. He was gone before first blood but there was no option at all? Can Riot please look into this bug because it defeats the purpose of remake all together. Here is proof on Riot's FAQ Website
