Problem with the reward system

is this a new trend or some new policy because I find it difficult that every new event you bring out we have the same problem. can someone tell me what is the PBE for then if you don't fix these problems? I mean common you have this problem for like 3 events in a row. it feels like I'm wasting my time grinding and I'm not getting any reward to compensate for my time wasted on this trash game I'm addicted too. please make sure the reward system is working fully functional before you go live. P.S. JAYCE need a new skin and buff to all his skills .
