Chat Disconnect Reconnect constantly

When i am sitting on the main screen i am constantly being disconnected and reconnected the league chat after new patch. i have reloaded my client, removed firewall, checked antivirus and verified that i have a stable and fast connection. i am not dropping any packets and only have a 2 ms ping. Is this occurring with anyone else after this patch?
