Champion Shard Bug or It can repeat?

I buy three champions shards, it turns out that when I did re-roll, a game appeared, when i finished the match the champion disappeared or I do not know what happened but there wasnt a new champion, I do not know if it is a bug or what happens, but it has happened to me previously.
