RP and BE in PBE

So my PBE is being a little weird. When i first logged into it, I had 999999999 RP and the the second time, it just changed down to 8000, but that's not the case with my other friends who have PBE accounts. So i was just wondering if this is happening with anyone else and/or if this is just a bug or something :/
