Game Starting bug

I queued up for a game of league. we got through all the picks and bans. when the client was supposed to launch the loading screen it didn't and instead just exited out. i tried to relog but the launcher didnt have a log in button anymore. i tried to kill all league things in task manager but i could only kill the patchers, there was another program that refused to die.
