[Client] Blank sign in Screen

After clicking the Launch button in the Launcher, I am met with a blank screen. I have tried what feels like every combination of Uninstall-Reinstall. Firewalls have been disabled, all other programs closed, drivers updated etc. etc. The link is to someone who had same issues and it includes some screenshots as well. I have submitted a support ticket as well. Can anyone offer any suggestions or insights? I am running windows 7 64bit high end PC. Thank you very much!
