GAMEPLAY - Rek'Sai Bug

Rek'Sai has a game-breaking bug that I've now encountered in two games in a row. I believe that it happens if Rek'Sai is killed during her tunneling ability; if that happens the tunnel remains on the map but incomplete (only one side of the tunnel is on the map). This half-tunnel cannot be destroyed and remains permanently on the map (does not seem to disappear over time). However, Rek'Sai can still use this half-tunnel to ult to. This did happen in ARAM matches, on the Howling Abyss.
