It has happened to me this last few days that when i start a new match, sometimes my character's abilities wont work. Try to leave the game and reconnect but wont work either. Would like to know if someone else has the same problem than me.
It could be delay - sometimes when the delay is REALLY bad, the game sort of freezes where you can move/recall but not cast or do anything else. If you're playing on wireless try wired. That is the only time I've had this occur, the game seems to bug a lot on wireless. If you keep getting it a lot then reinstall LoL
