[GAMEPLAY] Zoe Summoner Spell (snowball) bugs in ARAM

Hello Riot, I played Zoe in Howling Abyssm today and this is the first time it happens to me. I was stealing some summoner spells with the W (some snowballs, flashes and heals) and then I wanted to use my own snowball but whenever I press D nothing happened, the game emited a sound similar to the sound when you have a skill on CD or not learned.

I used replay tool to show one of the moments this happened, at the beggining of the video I use W to throw a snowball (in the video it also show I grab a flash from the floor but is not reflected) and for the rest of the video I couldn't use mine (snowball spell) no matter how hard I pressed D. I tried to use it to poke alistar and varus but couldn't use it, this bug only lasted a couple of minutes but happened twice or thrice the whole match. Video in : https://youtu.be/rHVlWJcSKdY
