Why is my game getting stuck in load screen

I keep getting stuck in loadscreen and it has given me leaverbuster and if this keeps happening I'll be banned for something I have no control over? On my alternate account it works perfectly fine?

Same. Just happened to me in a ranked loading screen. I failed to connect, the game was disbanded thanks to that, and I was penalized points because of it. Why aren't more people talking about this?

The same thing happened to me and RIOT gave me a leaverbuster what the hell is happening? I was in the loading screen and it said it was a 100%, but it took me out of the loading screen and back into the client forcing me to not load into the game, giving me leaverbuster and losing 18lp. Thanks, Riot.
