Queue pops and sent to lobby

For the last few weeks I've been having a random issue with the queues. Doesn't matter what game mode, though primarily happens in ARAM (as I play that more than anything else these days. I queue with a few friends of mine, the queue pops, and I'm sent back to the party lobby after selecting "Accept." My friends let me know over vent that we're all in champion select, but all I am able to see is the party lobby and even exiting that doesn't kick us from the champ select. I've had this happen over ten times since the last patch and I figured it's a problem that would just eventually go away, but it's starting to get on my nerves as I get penalized for leaving champ select. Any tips or tricks to fix this issue?
