My W and TAB doesnt work

My recent 5 games im constantly getting W and TAB not registering my skill and my scoreboard. This occurs for 3 - 5 seconds at random times of the game.

I have tried re-open my client , re-open my pc , reset my settings , re-donlaod my game , check if my keys actually work out of the game and STILL clean my keyboard.

This is litterally unplayable. I actually lost my lane and gone 0/7 cause of this not registering my W. This is not champion specific or lane or map or whatever , i need help
