Swain's E skill is not visible in the game

I played against Swain and whole game his E skill was not visible. Then one of my friends experienced same thing. It's a definitely repeatable bug.

Same here, same bug. Reminds me a lot of the recent "ARAM dash bug", because I see the skill going backwards for some reason and then totally disappearing. I wouldn't mind if it wasn't a cc saying "lol u ded now"

It can happen on both sides as well, just played a game as Swain and it kept throwing me off on landing the e snare. Reconnected and it was back to normal. Question was it with any particular skin? I was playing as Tyrant.
