[Gameplay] Attack move on scuttle

Whether this is intentional or not I was unable to attack move and kill scuttle crab in the river. It seems that this is only for ranged champs from what i have tested. Step 1: custom game load up and get ranged champ(quinn was who i used) Step 2: attack move after attacking scuttle once previous

I first found this out when i was playing a custom match solo. This could be intentional that is not to my knowledge however.
