gameplay visual bugs

okay so i got this bug today and it started that my screen just turned black and wouldnt do anything else, i knew it was the client because i could access other tabs. i restarted my laptop and it was fixed, all games after that have had the glitch that everything on screen is flickering, like going black and then normal again, it is also causing a bit of lagg but that might be my wifi. im sorry but i dont know how to record gameplay having the bug, because it doesnt bug out when i watch the replay.
