Can´t game basically freezez in champ select when it´s time to lock in.

So when it´s the persons time to lock in he doasn´t for me and timer gets stuck at 0 seconds. For my friends the select goes on as normal. When it´s my turn to select it´s still stuck at 0 seconds and everybody gets kicked because I didn´t pick champ. I have to close the game and login again. This doasn´t happen every game, it´s seems to be random. Last game I couldn´t even ban a champ. The ban button was gray untill everyone got kicked. And I had to exit the game. This is extremely annoying. I´m in my provisionals but when this happens I don´t seem to get a loss, which is great. However I still get queue penalty for "leaving". Got 30 min this game.. Have tried troubleshooting and I even reisntalled the game once but seems like it doesn´t help.
