Game Crashed and I had to shutdown computer, after i got back to game and won i had a ban 20min.

I recently played a game where my health bars were not showing up and turning it off and on didnt resolve it, after forgetting about it I experienced a crash where my screen was frozen but howver my mouse could move, trying to switch and even use task manager, it still didnt work and when i restarted the computer and carried on witht he game i had a ban. I find it really hard to understand why I got the ban even though the game made me crash.

Is there a way I could redeem the 5 matchmade bans?
