Cant choose a role nor lock in a champion to play.

While trying to make a match in norms i couldn't select a role. It would just show as if it was loading then not choose the role i had selected. i closed the client and reopened it. I was then able to choose my role but when it was my turn to select my champion it wouldn't register my selection. Now i am banned for 15 minutes cause this has happened several times before. there is even moments when i can't even change mastery pages, rune pages, summoner spells, and ward skins.
