Says I don't own a skin that I was gifted

During the summer I was gifted Heartseeker Ashe. I have played using said skin before. But recently (a day ago), I wanted to play Ashe again and so I selected Heartseeker Ashe. The client said I did not own the skin and had to buy it. I thought it was just a bug on the client, but when I got in game, I didn't have the skin. So I logged off, and logged back in, and it still said I had to buy the skin. I have no idea what's going on.
