Chroma Pack Lee Sin - Can't select in Blind Pick

So, I got Dragon Fist Lee Sin from Rito and I decided to buy Chroma Pack for him, but I tested in Teambuilder and I can select, and Blind Pick doesn't even show the colors to set.

u must lee sin to your heart in order to use chroma's in blind pick
