Gangplank Creep Barrel Bug

Recently when playing as Gangplabk, I noticed on various occasions an issue with his Creep when using the barrels. I would creep normally and kill Creep using the barrels, exploding them with either my Q or an auto attack . as I progress to higher levels though I recognise an issue and bug related to my Creep. Whenever I would reach high levels of Creep over 100, my Creep score would start to bug out . I would have 250 Creep for example, mixed between auto attacks and barrel kills, to which it would then jump to about 370, and then jump back down again. Originally I though this only occured in one game where I reached 500 Creep, but it occurs at a lesser amount as well. Whenever I would get kills with the barrels, my Creep would jump up and down between the hundreds only after a few kills. I thought this was a problem on my end , but after multiple games with friends they saw the same issue. My friend stated how at one second my Creep would be at 270, and seconds later when he checked it would be up to 400. It's very hard to judge my actually Creep score when playing as Gangplank because of this bug. I'm not sure how to fix this or do anything about it, but it only occurs when I get to large Creep levels and have been killing multiple Creep with barrels. I can attempt to add pictures and videos of this occuring later in the evening if possible or if needed.
