Can't Disengage

Hi, since the latest patch update, 5.19, I am having the strangest glitch happen in every game.

Once my champ (any champ) starts attacking an enemy, they won't accept movement commands. They can be told to attack another enemy, or use an ability, but no movement commands go through.

Nothing about game preferences or custom maps/skins, or hardware has changed on my end since this started happening.

I don't have movement prediction on. Any help would be huge, thanks.
