Ban for winning????

So at last when we finish the nexus dident explode and i stay watching it 10 minets.then i left it gave me the money and ban 20 min and i was like...but i was bored and i played 2 games with this ban now i started again and when the ban finnished the game buged and it stop counting how many mins you are waiting AND NOTHING HAPPENDI REFRESHED THE GAME AND AGAIN 20 MIN.BETWEEN WHAT ARE THESE BANS LIKE GAME 20 MINS*[zombie-brand-facepalm]* [zombie-brand-clap] [slayer-pantheon-thumbs] YOU SHOULD MAKE IT 1 HOUR pls remove this ban cuzi waste lots of money in this game and i hope i can play it more so ANYTHING BUG FIX YOUR BUGS PLS AND REMOVE MY BAN!!!
