[CRASH] - Game Randomly Crashing During Gameplay

For the past 3 weeks or so my game has been crashing during gameplay. I have played league since launch and this has only been a problem recently and it is driving me insane.

Game crashes randomly during gameplay No Bugsplat error, just crashes me to the reconnect in client Happens randomly at random times. No specific champion or way to reproduce the crash The game doesn't lock up or anything, just instantly crashes

Things I have tried:

I always run League in administrator mode I have turned off basically everything but league I have uninstalled and completely deleted league then reinstalled I have made several changes I read on google for the stackhash error like adding exceptions to the Data Execution Prevention is sysdm.cpl I have ran sfc /scannow in command prompt, everything was fine. I have tried different drivers for my graphics card I have defragmented the drive league is installed on I have ran disk cleanup
