Irelia

I know the stun is based on a percentage, but i had 8 health bars and she has 10 she still was stunning me when her percentage of health was higher, it kept happening over, it could also have been the skin she was using the blue frost Irelia skin. It didn't only happen to me but my teammates as well, just saying you should check that out riot.
