[Client] Hextech permanent unlock didn't unlock champion, skin, or wards

I permanently unlocked Trundle, haunted twisted fate, and two ward skins. The essence was removed from my account yet the champion, skin and ward skins are not on my account. First I unlocked 5 chests, then I converted a champion shard I had into essence, finally one after one started unlocking the shards, checked my champions and my skins and nothing was there.
