Why couldnt my team remake? they said they tried /remake

Hello, I had a "critical error" loading in. It did not pop up over the loading screen. I restarted and got back in around 4mins and won lane, played my best for another 20 mins and it says "leaver". Why couldnt my team remake? they said they tried /remake.
