HUD bug

After today's patch 5.11 my in game HUD is different. The mini map, champion attributes, and ability icons are all enlarged; meanwhile my chat is so tiny I can barely read it. Also my character seems zoomed in. I made sure I was fully zoomed out, and that I had my settings configured correctly. The only thing that seems to make this better is when I change my the resolution.

I reinstalled LoL, updated my drivers, and searched for a solution on google, reddit, and youtube. No one seems to have a fix. Can someone kindly help me out?

similar problem, i couldnt see chat, i couldnt see champion name, cant right click minimap to move only to veiw, and i cannot see gold on kills, i have also updated drivers and reinstalled

So I changed my resolution which fixed the zoomed screen issue. But not seeing chat because it is too tiny is still a problem. A LOT of people on my friends list have the same issue. They said it started after the patch 5.11.
