Team Builder GUI doesn't update information

In Team Builder's GUI for creating a team, information such as the rune page list box and champion lists don't update correctly.

An example of this issue: Purchase a champion while in a team builder lobby and notice that the champion that was just purchased doesn't show when trying to select the champion. Alternatively, one could change a rune page while in the Team Builder lobby and save, then notice that it doesn't update the GUI correctly.
