Colorblind Mode Broken? (Singed Poison Not Blue?)

I don't know if it's just me, but I noticed today after the patch they did, colorblind Mode no longer makes Singed Poison Blue?

Normally I run in Colorblind mode because I love the Yellow Health Bar and with Singed Blue Poison makes him a lot better.

But if they're removing Blue Poison on Singed, are they not letting Colorblind people play him anymore?

Since the Green Poison blends in with the green grass way too hard, like almost unnoticeable even for me whom isn't in fact colorblind, I can't imagine how bad it's going to be for my colorblind friends.

P.S. I tried turning it off and on, tried restarting my PC and League, it's still Green in colorblind mode.
