Fidlesticks No Fear

I love to play fidlesticks and i've experienced this bug several times, fidle's Q has a very tiny delay which hs caused me to die several times due to this, what is more annoying is that if you use Q and die the target champion does not suffer from fear, i know fear was successfull because fear is on cooldwoon but the enemy champion is still ok and kicking my team ass. Thank you
