I have a glitch

For some reason, my game account says that I'm level 17 with 927/763 experience. I'm was very confused when I found out about this. Is this bug because of the new Hextech crafting update or new skins or perhaps Aurelion Sol or the new masteries created? I can't seem to fix it even though I played 2 custom games. I'm very sad about this and not having a keystone when I'm working hard for it. To me, keystones could win a game. Some keystones are essential to a champion. Also, keystones could help kill a champion you lowered to let's say, 80 hit points and the Thunderlord's Decree and finish up the job. If I can't have a keystone, it make the game 1.5 times harder for me. This is why I worked hard for a keystone. Now this bug pops up and I don't get my keystone. Please fix this for me and any suggestions to fix this bug would be great! Thanks Riot Games! You guys are really making League Of Legends great for me. Can you also bring back the Blitzcrank Poro Roundup?
