Champion Stutter

I started up a custom game to see how my connection would do... I see that i have more than enough fps, and my internet is perfect but when I right click my champion stutters towards my cursor and I dont know why. When I dont press anything my champ moves perfectly fine and when i use abilities while standing its fine. Its only when i right click or a move. Can anyone help?
