Why you do this to me. :c

So I often play Sion, by often play I play the giant a lot, but the more I play the more started see a bug with him and one that kills your game. The bug is that if anyone ANYONE kills you while ulting (at least I am sure that what causes it), when you re-spawn your Q and your R will no longer work no matter how much you try to press your key or if you click on it. So when this bug happens you can't stun anyone because your Q and your R does that, and you can no longer go into to team fights. All you can really do is just spam W and E which doesn't really help your team. What would be nice is if it could bt fixed but until then it is so hard to play Sion. (Another note that I want to add is that goes nothing with this post is that "glory in death" kinda blows, wheres the glory where you go super super slow and someone else's slow just ruins it completely )
