Weird Fullscreen Bug

So you see that weird box in the top left? That's what happens to my League Client after I exit a fullscreen game with the client in the background. Anyway to fix this? I have to go into the Task Manager and end the task every time it happens because I can't click on the Yes after hitting the X.
