HUD bug lets you self cast skillshot ultimates

Using your own hud avatar you can self cast skillshot ultimates. Recently you see a lot of stream highlights on youtube about people's ultimates going in random places (I'm sure most have seen Dyrus ult his base with gp after going b when he tried to ult top lane.) You can disable hud spell click but not this feature which puts a lot of people off. I do like being able to self cast with it with normal spells (like lulu w).

Not sure if this should be fixed so that you can't accidentally cast with it but you definitely shouldn't be able to cast abilities that aren't normally self castable.
