my league wont open give me the bug message and wont open what do i do?

when i was playing a game when i went to open the shop it closed out league and gave me the bug messege then i tryed a agin and gave me the message again so i restarted my pc still did no work gave me the bug message when i tryed opening league so i deleted league and redownloaded it and still did not work i do not know what to do pls someone help me :(
