Latest Update Mouse Problems

After this latest patch, my mouse has been unresponsive at times while in game. It causes a lot of problems considering this is a competitive game. I've uninstalled my Logitech mouse drivers to see if it would fix, but the problem is still there. I hope Riot looks into this.
