[GAMEPLAY] Caitlyn basic attacks deal damage before the particle reaches the target

The same bug as the one fixed back in Patch 4.12

"4.12 Caitlyn General Fixed a bug where Caitlyn's basic attacks were registering as attacks before they visually hit the target."

Since they buffed her on Patch 5.11, the bug has been back; at least from my expirience.
