TFT PBE health and mana do not reflect reduction of any sort

at a certain point while in a game of tft with the new 2.22 setup for some reason or another u suddenly dont get to see you health or mana moving. additionally you also do see the stats reflected on champions from items or passives. so it becomes difficult to determine what champion is mispositioned in your composition. and also you cannot tell if the items you are using are even worth using on who.
