Rift Heral's Capsule stuck on claim now

There's a new twitch prime reward "Rift Herald's Capsule" https://twitch.amazon.com/prime/loot/leagueoflegends?ref_=SM_OM_LOLPTE_CRWN and I can't claim the loot. When I press the claim now button either from the top of the box or through the box itself, it simply displays the loading circle forever. Literally forever. I've tried unlinking my league account, unlinking my twitch prime account, incognito mode, and different browsers. The result is the same: loading circle spins on forever.

I've checked that my league account is linked to my twitch prime account through this link: https://account.riotgames.com/links.

I believe the problem is I used to have a different twitch prime account linked to my league account. However, I stopped paying for Amazon prime and made an Amazon Prime account under my family's account. I've made sure the new Amazon prime account is linked to my twitch prime account (unlinking my old amazon prime). I was able to receive Twitch prime rewards on my last twitch prime account. This is the only difference that I suspect could be the problem.

I think I should still be eligible to receive the twitch prime loot since the "Claim now" button is visible rather than join prime. Anyone else has this issue?
